Reader letters- Bring back Trump

He dispensed with needless regulations, lowered corporate tax rates and lessened personal income taxes. He also promoted domestic oil and gas production and America became energy independent for the first time in generations. His measures succeeded. We had one of the most thriving economies of my lifetime, with low unemployment, minimal inflation, and increasing workforce wages. Then Joe Biden was elected and undid most of this by pursuing predictable progressive policies. Democrats and the media can trash Trump and cover for Mr. Biden all they want, but it’s hard to deny that Trump was a vastly more effective president.

Remember the oath, people:

To all of those elected officials who continue to follow the disgraced ex-president, I ask them to check their oath of office. As an ex-military person, I carry oath in my wallet. When I get weary I pull it out and read it: "I do solemnly swear to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America." Nothing more is needed.
